How Many Gigatons of Carbon Dioxide?

As expected, CO2 emissions were a hot topic at the 2012 UN Climate Change Conference in Doha, Qatar earlier this month.  The conference included concerning emission estimates, statistics, and data – but there was limited progress to combat the increasing cabon dioxide levels.  Information is Beautiful strikes again with a wonderful infographic to present the data from the conference as a visual explanation of the urgency of our situation:
